Practical Training in Emotional Freedom Technique – One Day Workshop
Based on the teachings of Gary Craig, Pioneer of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional problems for over 5,000 years, but without the invasiveness of needles. It brings about relaxation, a brighter outlook, better health, more energy and focus, added self-esteem and helps to relieve stress, anxiety, chronic pain and a multitude of other ailments and issues.
EFT restores awareness and trust in the natural healing abilities of our mind and body, providing ground-breaking opportunities to achieving physical and emotional well-being in a faster time frame. Because the techniques are so simple, they can be used effectively as a self-help tool, which empowers people to actively contribute to their own healing and development process.

About Your Tutor:
Val Goff is a Holistic Therapist and specialises in helping people with mental health and addiction problems. Her approach considers the whole person based on the interaction between the body, the mind and the energy system that combines them. She uses a range of techniques with her clients including Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, EFT, Meditation/Mindfulness and Reiki to assist people to make positive changes in their lives.
