| It is said that by nature we are all "creatures of habit". We learn things with our conscious mind for example basic things like walking and talking, and these are good things. When you are learning something new you learn with the conscious mind which is capable of thinking, learning and analyzing things. When the conscious mind has enough information it passes that information onto the subconscious mind as a learned behaviour. Not all habits we get into are good, some habits are bad for us.
